Mr. Irshad Ali Kassim serves as Vice Chairman of Karam Ceramics Limited and has been a director since 1981; He is graduated from University of Southern California U.S.A. in Business Administration. He further specialized in Master of Law in International Law and Disaster Management from Trinity College & University U.S.A. and obtained Honorary Degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Business Management from Burkes University. He has over 35 years of experience in Industry, Banking, Trade & Finance, Corporate & other Laws. His leadership qualities and vast experience has gained him to lead and serve on the boards as Director in following.

Mr. Abu Ahmed graduated from University of Karachi in 1986. Later, He took MBA degrees in MIS & Finance from IBA in 1996 & 2012 respectively.

He started his professional career from General Tyre and Rubber Company of Pakistan in Capacity of SPC Facilitator. He served 10 years from 1986 to 1996.

In 1996, He joined State Life Insurance Corporation and presently holding a position of Manager Investment and also supervising Equity Fund of Alpha Insurance Company since 2010. Alpha Insurance is a subsidiary of State Life Insurance.

Mr. Abu Ahmed received appreciation & plaque certificate from General Tyre for implementing SQC program. He also received appreciation for turning Alpha Insurance a profitable entity through investment income.

Mr. Munawar Ali Kassim Serves as Chief Executive of Karam Ceramics Limited He is graduated from University Of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Business Entrepreneurship in 1984. He has been a director in Karam Ceramics Limited since 1996. He has over 30 years of experience in Ceramic Industry, Banking, and Trade Finance.

Muzaffar Ali Shah Bukhari

Mr. Muzaffar was the Managing Director of KASB Corporation. Muzaffar has 7 years of experience in investment banking and business development. He was involved in negotiating the big-ticket Non-Preforming loans at KASB Bank, and had successfully restructured loans worth USD 30mm. He has also represented KASB on the boards of the strategic investments including Shakarganj Foods and New Horizons Production Limited.

Muzaffar led the acquisition of Sigma Leasing and subsequent listing of KASB Corporation on the Karachi Stock Exchange. He also led negotiations on the minority stake investment in Kansai Paints for KASB and exited it successfully. Prior to KASB, Muzaffar worked at the Financial Institutions Group at UBS, Investment Banking, New York. He covered asset management companies, banks, stock exchanges and specialty finance companies- and was involved in M&A, IPO, restructuring, equity and debt raising.

Muzaffar received his Masters in Business Administration from IMD, Switzerland. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Northwestern University, graduated Magna Cum Laude, and has cleared CFA Level 1 and 2. He has attended various courses at prestigious institutions including Harvard Business School, Kellogg School of Management and Babson College.

Muzaffar devotes significant amount of his working time to eradicate illiteracy. He is extensively involved with community work through KASB Foundation; He also serves of the board of Sweet Home, an orphanage based out of Karachi, Pakistan. Muzaffar is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization and currently the Vice Chair of the Indus Chapter.
